On 8 November 2008, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section SG-1 of 100,000t-class channel project of Binhai Port Area in Yancheng Harbor. The contract value amounted to RMB977 million with construction period of 18 months.
The project is mainly composed of 6865m-long breakwater, with the south and north bank of 1985m and 4880m, respectively.
