Recently, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for foundation construction Section 15 of Hegang-Dalian Expressway. The contract value amounted to approximately RMB280 million, with construction period of 23 months and is expected to be finished in September 2010.
The project is located in Liaoning province and is 9.89km long in total. The main foundation project is composed of one interchange, three separated interchanges, one mega bridge, three large bridges, one middle bridge, four small bridges, three culverts and one mid-tunnel.
