On 27 November 2008, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section A1 of Highway construction in Quanzhou of Nan`an-Xiamen Expressway. The contract value amounted to RMB173 million with construction period of 24 months.
This project is 3.46km long with dual two-lane. It is mainly composed of roadbed, bridges, interchanges, culvert, and passages.
