On 3 December 2008, CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. (the Company) signed "Development Financing Cooperation Agreement" and "Strategy Cooperation Agreement" with Hubei Branch of CDB and CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. (CLC), respectively.
According to the agreement, Hubei Branch of CDB will provide RMB 5,000 million bank loan to the Company for its infrastructure construction contract, overseas construction, and project investment, etc. Further, CLC will apply a three-year maximum amount of credit line of RMB 1,000 million so as to help the Company revitalize non-performing assets and improve its asset-liability structure.
