On 2 December 2008, CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section HRTJ-19 of Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway. It is a civil engineering project of Yangxin-Tongcheng section which located in Hubei province. The contract value amounted to RMB127 million with construction period of 16 months.
The project is 7.195km long, which mainly composed of one large bridge, 15 culverts, nine passages, and one interchange, etc.
