On 26 December 2008, ZPMC signed port machinery purchase contract with signed Dubai Ports World (DWP) with total value amounted to approximately USD343 million. ZPMC will apply 87 machinery this time, including 27 panama Quayside Container Gantry Cranes and 60 rubber-tyred gantry cranes. All will be delivered to the customer from 2009 to the first quarter of 2010. Actually, DPW has successively purchased port machinery from ZPMC with products value amounted to approximately USD735 million from 2003 to 2007.
