On 21 September 2009, CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section 17 of Lixian-Changde Expressway. The bidding price is RMB340 million.
The main line of this expressway is 114.98km long, while section 17 is bridge #5 of Yuanshui Mega Bridge with total length of 2723.5m.
