On 3rd March 2010, CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won Section 19B of Rucheng-Chenzhou Expressway. The bidding price amounted to RMB560 million with construction period of 32 months.
The project is mainly composed of Chishi super bridge which is 1.38km long and 24.5m wide. It is the largest domestic continuous-span pre-stressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with high pier and four towers.
