On 20 June 2009, with RMB330 million, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section RA3-1 of Expressway Circling Fuzhou City. This expressway is a significant component of National Highway Net Planning. Section RA3-1 is 3.6km long with one mega bridge.
